The challenge was to understand which expressions and words had a racist or prejudiced slant, and also to understand the context of the phrases. The biggest effort was also to apply all this intelligence using requests on each word created. The usability was also a challenge: a keyboard that was similar to the current keyboards on the android/ios platforms, but that was as easy to use as sending an emoji or correcting a word.
We had a huge internal buy-in, with an internal buzz but the project was discontinued due to operational cost.
